Honeymaker

The bee is the honey makers.

How do bees make honey?

The nectar inside flowers in like sweet water. When the honeycomb
is full of honey, the bees put wax over the top.

How do beekeepers get honey?

They can get the honey without hurting the bees. They have to wears
a special veil to keep the bees off his face and head too.

Matariki is Coming!

Kia ora bloggers,

Did you know a special time of year is approaching in New Zealand! It is called Matariki!\

In  Williams Class we started our learning off by creating a KWL chart. The chart shows
K-what we know
W-what we want to know
L-what we have learnt so far about matariki

A question that I am still wondering is: Why is Matariki not a public holiday?
can you guys please help me?
